Due to ever increasing business levels, we are looking for all grades of chefs to join our 2 Rosette Award winning team. We are now pushing for a 3rd Rosette and a Michelin Star so need quality professionals to help acheive it.

for all positions you must have relevant experience in good quality establishments, but for the Sous Chef and Pastry Chef position AA rosette experience would be essential

Management

Assistant Hotel Manager

Full Time Assistant Hotel Manager required to join the team at the islands top 4 star hotel. Previous experience is essential in a good quality establishment and a sound knowledge of Food and Beverage, licensing laws, health & safety, Food Hygiene, Staff Management and general daily hotel practises would be an advantage.

Spa

Therapists

We are looking for experienced therapists with the required qualifications:
NVQ 2 & NVQ 3, BTEC, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT OR IHBC

Therapists will be required to :
• Carry out treatments to a high standard ensuring the correct time is adhered to
• Have a professional attitude towards clients and the industry
• Carry out consultations, offer professional advise and aftercare
• Maintain a clean and sufficient working environment
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Be confident about their role, ensuring clients feel at ease

Our Spa Facility consists of 4 treatment rooms and a relaxation lounge. A swimming pool with hydrotherapy jets, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and experience shower. At Lakeside Park Spa you will have the opportunity to attend training and develop with Kerstin Florian, Jessica and St Tropez.
